At Acetechub, we take pride in offering high-quality tech gadgets and accessories. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. Our refund and returns policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must include all accessories, manuals, and any provided documentation.
  • A valid receipt of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software and digital products.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., screen protectors, cleaning kits).
  • Perishable items or products marked as “final sale.”

Conditions for Tech Products

To maintain product integrity, the following conditions apply to returns:

  1. Products with visible signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
  2. Devices must include the original serial number matching the purchase record.
  3. Missing accessories, such as cables, adapters, or manuals, may result in a restocking fee of up to 20%.
  4. Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@acetechub.com with your order details, item description, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, ship your return to the address below:

  3. Include Documentation: Enclose proof of purchase and a return authorization number (provided upon approval).

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt and notifying you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, with the credit applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Refunds may take several business days to process.
  2. Contact Your Bank or Card Provider: Refunds often require additional processing time.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at sales@acetechub.com for assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, promotional, or clearance items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at sales@acetechub.com with details of the issue. Send the defective item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • A gift credit will be issued for the value of the return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
